Customer Support Rant

PS3 fails reading any media disks. Sony promptly sends shipping package, fixes it, sends it back. Entire process takes 14-16 days. Manifest has no mention of what service was performed. Calling customer support resulted in being told that Sony does not disclose what sort of repair has been performed on their malfunctioning product. Makes me wonder if I was the one who paid for it or did Sony pay me to buy a PS3.

On another note, Apple batteries suck. But I cannot do without the iPhone or my powerbook.
